Dayton Regional Green Initiative
The Dayton Regional Green (DRG3) Initiative was created in 2007 to enhance the quality of life and environmental assets in the region by growing the economy, protecting a healthy environment and promoting social responsibility. DRG3 currently has more than 500 green certified businesses who participate in its program, coordinate with local utility providers to assist with energy audits, and operates a unique and fun "Bring Your Green" challenge to local businesses to award prizes to companies who show the most energy savings, water conservation, waste reduction, and employee engagement.
