CDBG Small Business Loan Program
Backed by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program is designed to promote community growth. CDBG funds can be used to provide businesses with low-interest fixed-asset financing for acquiring land, buildings, or machinery and equipment. Montgomery County’s CDBG small business loan programs are managed by CountyCorp Development.
