Montgomery County has launched a new website designed to promote business retention and expansion in the region.

The economic development website, selectmcohio.com, is a repository for business incentives, resources, and case studies on successful companies. The site is designed for site selectors, entrepreneurs and business owners to find tools and information in a user-friendly manner, according to the county.

“We are excited that this website ties together our previous marketing campaigns and serves as an anchor for our future marketing and business attraction efforts,” said Montgomery County Commission President Dan Foley. “Site selectors, economic development professionals and businesses will immediately see the advantages of locating and expanding in Montgomery County.”

Erik Collins, director of the Community & Economic Development Department for Montgomery County, said the website is part of a broader economic development strategy to support entrepreneurship. This strategy includes business retention and expansion, as well as business attraction.
